EnTech is comprised of Southern Technology Professional Consulting Services, LLC (Southern Tech) and E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. (E2), with Southern Tech as the Protégé and E2 as the Mentor, making both participants small in size.

Southern Technology Professional Consulting Services, LLC (Southern Tech) is a fifteen-year-old verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) through the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Center for Veteran’s Excellence, certified Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program participant since October 2016 and certified Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) through the Department of Transportation. Southern Tech has supported multiple federal and commercial contracts from Landscape Services (561730), Waste Management and Remediation Services (562111), Administrative & General Management (541611), Computer System Design Services (541412), Other Computer Related Services (541519), Other Consulting Services (541618), Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services (541690), and All Other Professional and Scientific Technical Computer Training (541990).

Southern Tech has provided these services as a prime federal contractor for the Department of Veterans Affairs Administration, Department of the Army, Department of the Air Force and as a sub-contractor for various aerospace prime federal contractors.

(E2) is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with over 580 employees throughout the United States supporting numerous federal, state, utility, and private sector clients. Dedicated to “Excellence in Engineering,” E2 was founded in 1988 with a focus of providing quality engineering services to E2 municipal infrastructure clients. Over the course of the past 33 years, E2 has grown and diversified its portfolio to include a full spectrum of professional services, including facility operations, custodial services, staffing support services, and maintenance support services, engineering and environmental services, and warehousing and inventory management services for the Department of Energy (DOE), government prime contractors, and commercial clients. E2 is an industry leader in providing Facilities Support Services to federal and private sector clients nation-wide, with more than 20 years of experience successfully providing these services across the Department of Energy (DOE) complex. From our office in Aiken, S.C. E2 is currently performing as a prime contractor under an 8(a) award for the Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory five (5) year, $175M Site Operations Support Services. This project, like the ERDC, consists of a variety of facilities services and is being conducted at the three (3) separate NETL sites; Albany, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, and Morgantown, WV.
